We were taken care by Jenny (the tour guide) and Tuk (our driver). We requested for a seafood meal (out of our plan itinerary) and was introduced to a place whereby patron only by the locals and not tourists. Seafood is fresh and the restaurant boss is good in advising the kind of ways to cook the seafood.
Jenny and Tuk also gave us good suggestion to many local famous food when we had our own dinner. Tuk is a very safe driver too.
The arrangment to Halong Bay was excellent. Like the cruise services too. Cater for small group and that makes the whole cruise quite exclusive. Checking out everyone in the cruise what food is not permitted and meal was serve base on the requests.
The tour company boss Mr Tom keep checking on our journey to ensure everything is fine which inclu hotel. We gave this company 100% thumb up and we have keep recommending friends to use them. We for sure be back to visit Viet and continue to use this company services

Me and my wife visited Hanoi in end July and used Vietnam Discovery Travel to plan out our entire trip. They arranged everything efficiently and accurately, from airport pickup and all transport requirements, hotel booking, booking Halong bay Cruise and arranging a great tour guide. Also they arranged visa approval for us and if you use the fast track service, it will be very easy at the airport as all will be taken care of as you arrive. Highly recommend to use this company and special mention to Jessica and Leo for taking care of us. Also the guide Tommy is one of the best.

I would recommend this agency as your best guide when looking to visit Vietnam and enjoy your stay without any hassle. I happened onto this travel agency over a slight mishap during our Vietnam/Cambodia trip when I realized that we did indeed Visa to re-enter Vietnam from Cambodia, despite the 15-day-exemption for travellers from the UK.Our own fault entirely for not paying attention. Cindy from Vietnam Visa (part of Vietnam Discovery) came to the rescue - all done, dusted and delivered within 2 days. The fast track service lived up to its name - within 20 minutes we had beaten the considerable queue in Da Nang. Communication was reliable, constant and speedy. Following this positive experience, we booked a Motorbike trip in Hanoi. The same applied - arrangements were easy, quick and communicated by e-mail and whatsapp, by Ms Cindy, Jessica and Leo. Our drivers were a real find - knowledgeable, informative and despite the traffic (which takes a bit of getting used to for Northern Europeans), we always felt safe. They may not be the cheapest but they are definitely excellent value for money. I've had friendly messages on my return to the UK. Couldn't fault them and we will be back.

I do not hesitate to recommend this agency as your best, secure, reliable and efficient travel partner agency for your visit to Vietnam. I was honestly surprised at the efficiency and speed at which they reply to your questions and/or requests. To be honest, I was initially sceptical about entrusting an unknown agency to handle my requests. But it turned out that Vietnam Discovery are a very reliable AND HONEST agency. I entrusted them with a fast-track visa, which worked perfectly! Sadly, I only booked one tour in advance with them, as I had already booked a hotel on my own. But the price they charged me was the same as if I booked it myself with any other agency on the spot. Heartfelt thank to all at Discovery Travel, with particular mention to Ms Jessica, Ms Rosie and Ms Leo for their endless patience and assistance. I do not hesitate at all to recommend this agency. This service was on point! The staff was always ready to assist us via call or WhatsApp. They checked on us every single day, even after we left. Super friendly and helpful. The organization was flawless, drivers always on time. This made our trips to Ha Long Bay and Sapa Mountains very smooth and enjoyable. Visa application process was smooth and fast as well. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Never been in Vietnam before so I rely on Mr Trung Nguyen, also known by Steven, to organize my, and my family, tours in Hoi An. Im glad I did that. There was 4 tours and all of them exceeded our expectations, starting with the guides (the lady Quy was far beyond the excellency) the quality of the organization, the information provided and also the prices which was little for so much we got!! All went well and smooth and according with planned, leaving a "cry for more" feeling !! Thank you Steven, Leo, Quy, Kayak guide, thank you Vietnam Discovery, highly recommended !

Vietnam Discovery made our whole holiday very memorable.Attention to details was superb and the whole holiday was tailored to our likings.Their communication and guides were fantastic.We are vegetarians and they went out of their way to make sure our dietary needs were communicated to all the guides and eating places we visited.
